I am excited to announce a 45-minute class focused on flexibility and strength. The session will be split between mat-based stretching and pole conditioning to help you nail your next trick. Non-pole options will be provided for those participating without a pole.

Flexibility & Conditioning for Pole

In this high beginner/pre-intermediate combo, we will start with a review of front and back hook spins around the pole before ascending in a side climb.

From there, you will enter a libulella variation that does not require a high level of flexibility. You will then descend into a martini/tea party sit, followed by a transition to a jasmine variation. Finally, you will lower yourself to the floor in an open split shape and finish with simple leg waves on your back.

Intermediate Combo: Libulella to Martini to Jasmine Variations

Intermediate Combo: invert, sheina/belly split, jasmine, figure 4 facing down, thread through to inside leg hang, transition to shoulder mount and roll down

Intermediate Combo 3

This intermediate level combo combines front hook variations and transitions plus outside and inside leg hang shapes with a handstand.
