Intermediate Combos

Here is the sequence for Intermediate Combo 5:

This combo features a batwing to figure-4 shape, to leg hang, to torso twist, to flatline inside leg hang variation to thread through to thigh hold, to superman/superhero variation to floor.

Intermediate Combo 5: Batwing, torso twist, and threadthrough plus variations

This video includes a full-body warmup, conditioning for specific tricks, spins, and transitions within the combination (such as rotating towards the pole to hook the inside leg, Jamilla, and Superman), plus a breakdown of the combo itself.

The combination features:

  - Two spins from the floor
  - A climb and transition to spinning backwards
  - A transition to Jasmine and Mermaid
  - A transition to Jamilla
  - A flip-over to Superman

Intermediate Combo 4 with Jasmine and Jamila 

In this high beginner/pre-intermediate combo, we will start with a review of front and back hook spins around the pole before ascending in a side climb.

From there, you will enter a libulella variation that does not require a high level of flexibility. You will then descend into a martini/tea party sit, followed by a transition to a jasmine variation. Finally, you will lower yourself to the floor in an open split shape and finish with simple leg waves on your back.

Intermediate Combo: invert, sheina/belly split, jasmine, figure 4 facing down, thread through to inside leg hang, transition to shoulder mount and roll down
