Grab a plate (I use 5kg) and a medium sized band and try this ab workout!

Suitcases: 3x20
Leg raises: 3x20
Knee tucks: 3x15 reps each side
Cross body Jackknives: 3x15
Plank get ups: 3x15

Save this 5 min abs/core workout and try it.
1-Plank reaches
2-Reverse crunch
3-Plank jacks
4-Balanced knee tucks
5-Hollow flutter kicks

Perform each exercise for 50 seconds with a 10 second rest in between exercises.

This can be Done with No Equipment
