What happens when my 5 year old daughter Ada becomes my personal trainer?

Barbell Front Raise Against the Wall.

How to do it:
1. Feet, Butt, Shoulders and Head against the wall.
2. Attempt to raise a barbell in front with both arms. Lighten weight if needed, or simply raise your arms with no weights.

If filming, notice if your body is aligned. If not, lighter weight may help or chiropractic adjustment might be needed.

Why against the wall? Doing exercises against the wall will keep you from swaying or heaving the weight up. It also helps keep your posture correct.
