For those of you that may not know this, I record these video on 4K with 60 FPS. All the videos you see on here have that quality. Now if you are talking about the editing skills put forth in each video I admit that I haven’t done much in past videos but if that’s what I have to do to not receive so many complaints I’ll gladly put a little more time into each video.

High quality enough for you?

As you can see I decided not to wear the large coat but I still feel I gained some muscle.

Day 3/3 of last weeks missed workouts

Today’s workout session was tougher to get through but as I always say, ‘ no pain no gain ‘. Always remember to breathe during and after your workout session. All of our bodies are different so some made need to breathe longer than others. I decided to dedicate that space between the end of my workout and the beginning of my closing speech to returning my breathing to a normal rate.

Today, tomorrow and Wednesday will be arm curls to make up for the 3 days I missed last week 

To make up for last week

Not sure if mentioned the fact that I got electrocuted while using a device  that was supposed to help me get abs quicker, but thanks to my pacemaker I received a painful jolt. So I took a few days off from working out but I felt fine today so I decided to record this video.

Sorry for my absence 

Today’s session went longer than I initially planned. I wanted to push through the pain.

Went a little crazy

I did much longer intervals for each arm curl for today’s session. I’m excited to see how big my arms will be by Friday.

Longest video since joining

Decided to try a new kind of arm curl. I’ll do it for longer in future videos.

Second workout session for today but this one will be scheduled for tomorrow morning. Added the protein in this video and will continue adding it for future sessions.

More Arm Curls

As I mentioned in the video this is an exercise I was given after I was discharged from my car wreck hospitalization. It’s very hard. I don’t recommend it for beginners.
