Today’s workout session was tougher to get through but as I always say, ‘ no pain no gain ‘. Always remember to breathe during and after your workout session. All of our bodies are different so some made need to breathe longer than others. I decided to dedicate that space between the end of my workout and the beginning of my closing speech to returning my breathing to a normal rate.
