Lets loosen up together with a thoracic mobility focused routine! All you need is a wall!

There's a little bit of everything in this one! Mobility, core stability, balance, and a little bit of full body.

Our feet are often so neglected in fitness programs, so I made a dedicated foot strengthening video. You'll start by rolling out your feet to get everything nice and warmed up and then move into some simple foot strengthening exercises as well as a few stretches. If you're someone who's on your feet all day like me, give these a shot!

Bird Dogs are an excellent core stability exercise, and they're one of Stuart McGill's big three for spinal stability, so you know you have to try adding them into your routine!

Yesterday was the traditional cat cow, and today is a variation where you move in a circular motion instead of back and forth. I really like this one because it adds in a bit more dynamic movement. Just remember to do it on both sides!
