🇺🇸 June is almost over, which means July is almost here! 🎆

Get fired up to celebrate the Stars and Stripes because this month’s challenge is all about America’s 250th Birthday! ❤️🤍💙

The challenge takes place on July 4th!

Here’s how it works:

⭐ Choose 5 exercises
⭐ Complete 50 reps of each exercise
⭐ That’s 250 total reps in honor of America’s 250th birthday!

You can complete all 250 reps in one workout or spread them throughout the day—whatever works best for you!

Some ideas:

* Squats
* Push-ups
* Lunges
* Glute Bridges
* Sit-ups

Or create your own! The exercises are completely up to you—as long as you complete 250 total reps!

Americas 250th Birthday Challenge 🇺🇸

May is almost over, June is almost here, meaning, it is almost Summer time! So come stroll into Summer with me! Whether you are literally taking a stroller with you or not this challenge is great for everyone!
June’s fitness challenge will involve taking a minimum of 10 min each day and setting that time aside to take a nice walk or even a run! So come join this challenge with me as we head into summer!

Strolling into Summer 

May’s monthly challenge will have two options:
1. 20 squats a day
OR 
2. Start with 5 squats and add 5 more each day 

You can break them apart throughout the day or knock them all out at once! Happy squatting everyone!
