Bent Knee Calf Raise
Set up: Kneel on a pad with your toes on a raised platform and your heels hanging off the edge.
Support yourself: Place your hands on a bench or sturdy surface in front of you.
Start: Let your heels drop down slowly for a full calf stretch.
Raise: Push through the balls of your feet and raise your heels as high as possible.
Squeeze: Hold the top position for about 1 second.
Lower: Slowly lower your heels back down.
Repeat: Perform 12–20 reps for 3–4 sets.
