About

This is a interesting one it is important to work the hamstrings because if you want that tight bottom. Not to mention it helps your balance. Something I need to work on.Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart. Hold a dumbbell in one hand (or one in each hand) with your arms hanging naturally. Tighten your core and keep your chest up. Shift your weight onto one leg. Keep a slight bend in the knee of your standing leg. Slowly hinge at your hips, pushing your hips backward as your torso leans forward. At the same time, lift your opposite leg straight behind you until your body forms a straight line from your head to your raised heel. Lower the weight toward the floor while keeping your back flat and your shoulders level. Stop when you feel a stretch in your hamstring or when your torso is nearly parallel to the floor. Drive through the heel of your standing leg and squeeze your glute to return to the starting position. Complete all repetitions on one leg, then switch sides.
