Bulgarian Split Squat This exercise was invented by Bulgarian weight lifters in the early 1980 s . It is very popular because it helps balance coordination and strength all at ounce . If you are trying it for the first time like me lol be sure you are next to a wall. I found it very fun and challenging. Do 3 sets of 15 reps . Add weight when ever you are comfortable.
