This is a exercise created by one of The Terminator and Mr Universe himself. Hold dumbbells at shoulder height with palms facing you. Press the weights overhead while rotating your palms forward. Fully extend your arms at the top. Lower the dumbbells while reversing the rotation back to the starting position.
