This will be an upper body workout!
This workout does involve a set of DBs and a way to do inverted rows (but can be replaced by doorway rows)!
If you donโt have any DBs using household items is always an option (cans, jugs, etc.)
I recommend 2 - 3 sets, 8-12 reps.
BUT the choice is yours! This is your fitness journey, you know yourself best, just be fair to yourself!
Always remember to properly warm up and cool down!
