This will be a quick little AB workout targeting that deeper core! I recommend 2 - 3 sets, each exercise done for 30-45 seconds (with the exception of the first one) with a 15-30 second rest in between. BUT the choice is yours! This is your fitness journey, you know yourself best, just be fair to yourself! Always remember to properly warm up and cool down!
