Grab a small/medium ball (we use a Pilates ball) but a soft small to medium bouncy ball that has some give to it will work just fine, and looped/circular bands for this workout! You will work the whole body in under 30 minutes! This beginner/intermediate workout will challenge you, but modifications are always offered! As always, my goal is to help you reach your goals, so let's head to the mat and get this workout done! See you there!
