As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I created this 30-minute power yoga sculpt class to target key movement patterns that support joint stability, core strength, and functional coordination. Every sequence in this class has a purpose—helping you feel stronger, more aligned, and more confident in your body.
In this session, you’ll work on:
• Full-body strength using controlled, functional movements
• Core stability to support your spine and reduce strain
• Hip and shoulder mobility for better movement efficiency
• Balance and coordination to improve overall body control
