Hello good day . Another stretch training video. I can not stress enough how important it is to stretch before during and after physical activity. As you can see I am pretty flexible. Not as flexible as Simone Biles lol but not bad for someone training for a half marathon. Only stretch to what you feel comfortable please and have a great day!
