Class Description:
Hot Girl Cycle Fusion is a full-body workout combining indoor cycling intervals with bodyweight and light strength movements. Participants will ride through a series of hills, sprints, and endurance intervals while incorporating off-the-bike exercises designed to strengthen the core, glutes, and upper body.
