Let's get flexible! Whether you'd just like to touch your toes or you're dreaming of doing the splits, most of us could benefit from some flexibility work. This beginner-friendly lower body stretching sequence will help you loosen up your calves and hamstrings and create space in hip flexors tightened up from the sedentary jobs and sedentary hobbies many of us spend our days doing.
