Hey everyone! This workout will be a full-body bodyweight one! No equipment required! I recommend 3 sets, 6-10 reps, but as always you can choose your sets and reps and you can mix and match the exercises any way you’d like! Remember this is your journey! In the video I start with the leg exercises work my way to arms then core! Remember to make sure to have a proper warm up and cool down!
