This is a basic workout routine to for lower body from beginners to intermediate. A lot of people especially men neglect working out legs. To me it is very important because I run marathons and half marathons. This workout is also great if you don't have a lot of time or if your just looking to get in and out of the gym on your day off. I get it we all have busy schedules. I work a full time job myself. A cashier. Not my dream job but pays the bills. It starts out with warm up and does a complete lower body work out have fun!
