I wanted to try a new approach today. Working out with multiple layers of clothes on. I wore a long sleeve shirt and the jacket it see there. As for the bottom I wore a pair of leggings (?) the ones in my previous videos and the sweats you see. It’s kind of similar to being in a sauna to help with weight loss but, in this case it’s to help with heart strength because it gets your blood pumping faster.
