TBS 1-1-1 (level 1 - week 1 - day 1) is the first day of level 1 of a total body strength and conditioning program. TBS 1-1-1 focus on the entire body and help correct muscular imbalances. It is designed to prepare the body for more advanced strength programs and plyometric programs. Following this program correctly will help increase your strength throughout the entire body. TBS 1-1-1 is approximately 1 hour to complete.
