This is a 30 minute workout. That involves total body condition. The foundation is what I call a Navy Seal exercise then every set is a different more challenging version of the exercise. You will test your muscular endurance, your heart and your will. No equipment is needed only hard work ethic and discipline to complete every set and every rep. I designed this workout as a conditioning tool for combat sports such as Mixed Martial Arts, Kickboxing, Olympic Taekwondo and Wrestling. I will host this workout or some variation of it weekly. Each week it will progress to higher intensity and higher impact to include plyometrics. Feel accomplished and proud after completing this session. This is appropriate for all fitness levels but will be more challenging for beginners, (this determination is made by the exercise selection not conditioning level). All exercise in level 1 navy seal are basic fitness Fundamentals. Each week the duration and level of difficulty will increase.
