You may think that breathing (correctly) throughout your workout session is unimportant. I’m here to show you that’s not true. The better your breathing is the longer you can endure the pain of lifting weights. If you focus on your breathing time flies by as you’re lifting those weights. In this video I’ll show you how long I last not focusing on my breathing and how long I last while focusing on it.
