An in depth video breakdown at me walking someone through their first muscle-up. The key is that each person might be at a different spot with their training but this shows you the proper breakdown for doing a muscle up once you are ready! There are 5 simple steps to follow after you have the strength! If you dont have the strength built you need to utilize exercises like pull ups high pulls and straight bar dips to build your strength up! From there focus on these 5 steps. 1.) Your grip use a strong overgrow 2.) The swing through practice swinging forward letting your chest open up and be furthest out. shoulders and legs should stay back. 3.) The pull and timing. Focus on pulling as hard as you can driving your elbows into your rib cage. Drive your knees up toward the bar as you pull 4.) Lean your chest and head over the bar at the top! 5.) Straight bar dip up to complete your first muscle up!
