This workout will be a full body combo workout, I recommend 3 sets, 6-10 reps for each. But remember this is your journey and you know yourself better than anybody else, so choose your weights, sets, and reps, but be fair. I do provide alternate exercises for each combo! Remember to make sure to have a proper warm up and cool down!
