About
These intermediate-level combos typically feature spins, climbs, sits, inverts, genies, and other pole shapes, along with a little floorwork that can be done on an outdoor stage pole. You can, of course, also try them out on an indoor pole!
This combo features a twisted grip back spin with the inside leg hooked on the pole, an upright shoulder mount spin, a ballerina, and a spin going in the opposite direction from the ballerina.
From there, if you are able to invert, you can do a scissor kick up to an invert, followed by a jasmine and an open jasmine shape. Next, unhook and cross the top leg over, rotating down and around to the other side of the pole for a Jamila. Finally, reach down for the underside of the inside/bottom leg in the jasmine, unhook the top leg, and bring it down and back into a split or stag shape.
