About
These intermediate-level combos typically feature spins, climbs, sits, inverts, genies, and other pole shapes, along with a little floorwork that can be done on an outdoor stage pole. You can, of course, also try them out on an indoor pole!
This combo features a split grip chair spin variation, followed by a transition to a Jamila (which can be done spinning forwards or backwards). From there, it moves into a sheina split, a cherry ribbon, and finally, a transition to a thread through. For the final transition, the outside forearm is braced against the pole holding onto the inside foot (which is externally rotated), while the outside leg unhooks, extends behind the pole, and threads through the gap between the inside leg and the pole.
