In this 30 minute standing abs and core workout you will:
- Activate your deep core muscles using standing rotation and anti rotation moves
- Work your obliques, upper abs and lower abs with dumbbell based core exercises
- Challenge your balance and stability to engage the core even more
- Finish with a standing cardio finisher to raise your heart rate and burn extra calories
Important: this standing abs and core workout does not include a full warm up or cool down. For best results and safety:
- Do a 3 to 5 minute warm up before pressing play
