What's up everyone?! Today's workout is going to be a  total body strength workout. We are going to slow it down with the movements today so that we really work our muscles. Grab your mat, dumbbells, and water! 

Workout setup:

40 seconds of work with 20 seconds of rest between each move. 2 rounds of each superset, then on to the next superset until we are done. 

The number of calories burned is based on the calories I burned according to my Apple Watch. Actual calories burned may vary from person to person based on factors such as age, gender, and the intensity you perform each move.

15 Minute Total Body Workout 

Today's workout will focus on our abs and cardio. We will be working in supersets 1 cardio move followed by 1 abs move. No weights needed for this one! 

So grab your mat and some water and get ready to work! 

This can be Done with No Equipment

Cardio & Abs Workout 

Today we will be workout our arms and abs. We will do one ab move followed by an ab move. Each super set will be done for 3 rounds before moving on to the next superset.
