A complete 45-minute MetCon that hits strength and cardio in one session. We start with a focused warm-up, move into full-body kettlebell exercises, push through a 4-minute bodyweight Tabata finisher to spike the heart rate, then ease down with a cool-down. I’m using two pairs of kettlebells (8kg and 10kg); choose loads that fit your level or use one kettlebell or dumbbells.
