This workout focuses on low-impact floor glutes and dumbbell strength movements. There is no cardio in this workout! The heavier dumbbells you use, the more difficult the workout will be. Note - for more advanced movements - please see the advanced version of this class. All you need is a small space and set of dumbbells. Enjoy!
