What's up everyone?! Today's workout is going to be a total body strength workout. We are going to slow it down with the movements today so that we really work our muscles. Grab your mat, dumbbells, and water!
Workout setup:
40 seconds of work with 20 seconds of rest between each move. 2 rounds of each superset, then on to the next superset until we are done.
