This is a great 20 minute standing workout for your arms. Try to add this kind of exercises in your weekly fitness routine to get a balanced progress on your physique by toning your upper body and arms.
All you need is a set of dumbbells that suit your physical strength level. For this video, I have used 3kg dumbbells. No push-ups are included in this particular workout and it is suited for any fitness level.
